The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) asked Summit Group to revamp their Project Achievement awards program with two goals in mind: to redesign the award itself and to develop a better process to facilitate duplicate award orders.
CMAA and Summit Group joined forces to design a unique pyramid award that fit into CMAA’s budget and reflected their brand. Summit Group then developed a web site to facilitate the awards reordering process. This site enables recipients to order duplicate awards without forcing CMAA to manage the process. To add to the functionality, the site allows users to search for awards, update certain verbiage and even see a proof of the finished piece before finalizing the order.
With Summit Group’s help, CMAA is now able to honor its members with one-of-a-kind awards and streamline the reordering process.
