Earlier this year our Director of Purchasing, Amy Rabideau, was inducted into the inaugural Promotional Product Association International’s (PPAI) Fellows Program, along with 14 other individuals within the industry (Click here for the full list).

As PPAI’s website states, the Fellows Program, which was introduced in Summer 2016, is a way to “thank and recognize influential individuals who have actively supported the industry through personal involvement, and contributed to a culture of engagement, involvement and leadership throughout the Association.”

With Amy’s impressive background, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that she was inducted into this program.  She served on the PPAI Professional Development Committee (national) for two years, as well as the GAPPP Board (regional) for 5 years, and is now the President for 2017!

But wait, there’s more! She has also contributed and faciliated regional education sessions, participated in the PPAI Technology Summit, the PPAI Product Responsibility Summit and attended PPAI L.E.A.D. activities in 2016.  To say Amy is busy would be quite the understatement.

We find it so admirable that Amy constantly pursues ways in which she can both challenge and help herself grow professionally and personally, while bringing opportunities to Summit Group.  We look forward to seeing what Amy accomplishes next, and hope that this story inspires others to get involved in activities that interest them!
