Geek SquadSummit Group was faced with the following challenge:  Develop a plan to gain loyalty and brand recognition from repeat customers for Best Buy’s proprietary customer service team, “The Geek Squad”.

After much brainstorming, Summit created an external demo site that enabled customers to log in and order merchandise as well as redeem loyalty points. That’s not all Summit did though for Best Buy and The Geek Squad!
